Here is a sneak peek at our speaking/ministry schedule for the next few weeks! Some of these times are tentative and are subject to change. South African’s like to “go with the flow!†Which keeps me on my toes! Would love to have you praying alongside of us!
First, I will be leading a few “Worship Leading†sessions while I am here with the worship teams of two churches. These sessions will be an exciting opportunity to teach both the practicals of worship leading alongside of the true heart beat and mindset of a God-entranced worship leader. Should be fun!

Gospel-Powered Leadership Conference
In a few weeks we will be doing a conference for several churches in the Durban area. It is called “Gospel-Powered Leadership.†It will be a week of evening meetings, where I will be walking through what makes a good and godly leader. SA is in deep need of leadership; with Mandela’s passing there is a deep void amongst many South African’s. I truly want to capitalize upon the reality that when there is a leadership void, someone or something will fill it. The question for SA is, “Who and What†will fill that void? May it be godly men and women, ablaze with a passion for truth and a purity of Spirit-empowered living!
The conference runs from: January 5-10, 2014 6:30-10PM SAST (9:30AM-1PM MST)
Also, we will likely be doing some sessions during the afternoons. Elsje will meet with the women and I with the men, and we are hoping for some really rich times of encouragement, conviction, and truth! This will likely be in the afternoons here (which is early morning in the states).

Some night during this week, January 12-19, we will be sharing our love story at Grace Baptist Church, with several other churches joining us for the evening. And we will be visiting a rural South Africa village and I’ll be preaching and ministering there.
